  18. I have a large number of video tapes that require editing - they are all 
  19. in PAL format. What is the best way to get these into NTSC and into the 
  20. Flyer for editing - or, to get the flyer to operate in PAL? The end 
  21. product would be required in both PAL and NTSC.

  23. Anyone have experience in this area?
